Application:
Vitomount mirror tapes are primarily used for permanently fastening mirrors, glass panes, signs, etc. indoors and outdoors (not under direct UV exposure) on many substrates such as metal, glass, Plexiglas, ceramics and many plastics. Not on polyethylene, polypropylene, wood or cardboard. Not recommended for overhead adhesive connections or for wet areas with increased air humidity due to spray or condensation water. Furthermore, not for mirrors on low energy plastics or for critical plastic-coated surfaces with low surface tension. |
Properties:
Closed cell PE foam tape. Adheres on both sides. Resistant to plasticizers and compatible with Plexiglas and lacquers for mirrors. High peel and shear values. The soft PE foam smooths out unevenness. High initial and rapid end adhesive strength. Color: white. |
