Application:
The Fischer FIS V injection mortar based on vinyl ester resin is used to fasten medium-weight to heavy objects in masonry, solid and perforated brick, aerated concrete, lime sand, solid and perforated masonry as well as in non-cracked concrete. Main areas of application include heavy metal structures of all kinds, facade substructures, machinery, devices, and much more. The two resin and hardener components are first mixed when they leave the cartridge. In this way, the remaining content of the cartridge continues to function. It is only necessary to screw on a new mixing tube after long interruptions. |
Properties:
The Fischer FIS V injection mortar is based on styrene-free vinyl ester resin. Free of expansion pressure, for small axial and edge spacing. The Fischer FIS V injection mortar is offered in 2 different types of cartridges. Each mortar cartridge comes with 2 mixing tubes. |
Installation instruction:
The boreholes are to be cleaned thoroughly with a blower and cleaning brush. The hardener is attached in a separate tube on the outside. A gun with 2 plungers item no. 6203531 or item no. 620356 is required for dispensing. Installation only permitted with torque. |
