Building Standards approved: European Technical Approval, Option 1, cracked concrete M 8 - M 24, approval no. ETA-05/0164. For galvanically zinc-plated steel, stainless steel A4 and HCR 1.4529. |
Application: The rapid curing cartridges are recommended in particular at low temperatures, for overhead installations or for under water applications. Please take note of the processing times at higher temperatures. |
Properties: The Fischer FHB II Highbond mortar system is based on styrene-free vinyl ester resin. It is a strong and form-fitting composite that is fit for cracks. Small axial and edge spacing. Installation in the push-through procedure is possible using annular gap backfilling. Optional use with injection cartridge. Highbond from the cartridge is also permitted in moist boreholes and FHB II cartridges are even permitted in water-filled boreholes and under water. No borehole cleaning and no resulting deeper boring and sealing of bore dust necessary. This reduces the installation time to up to 40% and therefore saves working time and costs. This only applies to the cartridges FHB II-P and FHB II-PF. The conventional borehole cleaning remains in place for FHB II 345 S and FHB II 150 C mortar from the cartridge. |
Installation instruction: The boreholes are to be cleaned thoroughly with a blower and brush. Installation only permitted with torque wrench. The two resin and hardener components are first mixed when they leave the cartridge. In this way, the remaining content of the cartridge continues to function. It is only necessary to screw on a new mixing tube after long interruptions (only for cartridges, not mortar cartridges). |
Advantages: - extremely speedy curing times - significantly reduced installation times - cost savings thanks to shortened waiting times - no borehole cleaning necessary and therefore enormous time savings during installation |
